Nadine Castagna graduated from a French business school in 1989. She first worked for CORIO, an international shopping centre developer.

Nadine Castagna joined Reed Midem in 1990 and worked initially as a Sales Manager of the MIPIM. She became Commercial & marketing Director of the Real Estate Division in 1998 and the MIPIM & MAPIC Director, in 2004.
