Our teams are experts in their respective fields, passionate and committed to attaining the company’s strategic objectives: growth and diversification of the portfolio on a global scale, consolidation of the value provided to clients, digital transformation and innovation, improved organisation and development of skills.
Talent acquisition and career development
To drive our development, we hire around 50 permanent staff every year and around 100 temporary staff. After an in-depth induction programme, we accompany employees throughout their careers with us, notably providing internal or external training, talent programmes, and mentoring.
