To drive our development, we hire around 50 permanent staff every year and around 100 temporary staff. After an in-depth induction programme, we accompany employees throughout their careers with us, notably providing internal or external training, talent programmes, and mentoring.
The satisfaction of our employees is a key indicator which we regularly measure through opinion surveys. Our actions in terms of workplace quality of life involve prevention of risk situations, attention to professional/private life balance, and wellbeing initiatives, such as conferences, choirs, yoga sessions, company conciergerie services, etc.
